Orders $100 and over delivered to addresses in the United States qualify for Free Standard Shipping. There is a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 for orders less than $100. Please note we don't offer Expedited Shipping at this time.

How soon will I receive my order?
Processing time for in stock item takes up to two business days. Standard delivery is two to five business days. Total delivery time takes about three to seven business days depending on your "ship to" location. If the item is out of stock, we will send you an email if you would like to wait for additional days or cancel your order.
How will my order ship?
We use USPS or UPS depending on your location. The carrier will be determined by the service available at your "ship to" location. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You will also receive a notification when your order has been delivered. What if I need to return an item?
Items purchased on cosmosnj.com that are eligible for return require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you wish to return an item, please contact us at mrn@cosmosonline.com to obtain an RMA number and the instruction for a return.

How do I check the status on my order?
We will automatically update your order status to your email address provided during check out.
An order can be cancelled if the item has not shipped from us yet. Please contact us at mrn@cosmosonline.com to request cancellation of the order. If the item has already shipped, it can only be returned for a refund or exchange.
Do I have to pay tax on my order?
Sales tax is applied to your order based on the order's "ship to" address, in accordance with the jurisdiction's laws. Be advised that some states require a tax on the delivery charges, as well.
